A holiday on the Weser sandy beach
Berne is a small town in the Wesermarsch district, directly on the river Weser. Our apartments and guest rooms sit right next to the broad sandy beach — flat enough for kids, long enough for dog walks and runs.
The Weser cycle path passes our front door, so you can ride to Bremen in about two hours or down to Bremerhaven in a longer day. The Berne ferry takes you across the river to Neuenkirchen.
