When direct booking saves you money

When you book one of our apartments through Booking.com, Airbnb or Vrbo, the platform adds 12 % to 20 % service fees on top of the room rate. Booking directly through fewo-tebben.de cuts that out — you pay the original owner price. We benchmark our rates against the platforms automatically, so direct booking is never more expensive than a portal.

What guests ask us most

Can I book one or two nights only? Most apartments require a minimum of two nights. Short stays for events, concerts or business meetings are possible on request — just send us your dates.

Do you offer monthly rates? Yes. Stays of 28 nights or more automatically get our monthly rate, which is significantly lower than the per-night price. Ideal for relocations, project assignments and apartment-while-renovating situations.

How does check-in work? Self-check-in via code lock. You receive the code by email on the day of arrival. No key handover, no waiting — arrive any time, day or night.

Are pets allowed? In two of our apartments yes, for €5 per night and pet. Please ask in advance so we can confirm availability and prepare the apartment.

Can I cancel my booking? Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that 50 %. Different terms apply for monthly stays — those are agreed in writing before booking.

Can I cancel for free?: Yes — free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival on flexible bookings. Last-minute and event-week rates have stricter terms; those are shown clearly during checkout.
How does check-in work?: Every apartment has self-check-in via code lock, 24/7. You receive the door code 24 hours before arrival via email, plus a short arrival guide with parking, WiFi password and a 24/7 emergency mobile number.
Long stays — do you offer monthly rates?: Yes. From 28 consecutive nights our monthly rate kicks in automatically and is meaningfully cheaper than the per-night price. Ideal for project teams, relocations and workations.
